Huntt, McCall Voted Mid-South Conference Baseball Players of the Week

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Freed-Hardeman’s (Tenn.) Will McCall and Colton Huntt were named Mid-South Conference Baseball Players of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.

MSC Baseball Player of the Week
Will McCall – Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) – Sr. – Third Base – Columbia, Tenn.
- McCall batted .300 (3-for-10) in a three-game series against No. 23 Loyola (La.)
- He recorded two hits with a home run and three RBIs in a 5-3 victory in game one.
- McCall went 1-for-4 in game two driving in a run in the Lions’ 9-0 victory.
- He did not record a hit in the final game of the series but did draw a walk.
- McCall earns weekly honors for the first time this season and in his career.

Colton Huntt – Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) – Jr.
- Huntt tossed five shutout innings in a 9-0 victory over Loyola.
- He gave up two hits while striking out six.
- Huntt earns weekly honors for the first time this season and in his career.
