Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan-starrer Vikram Vedha OTT release date finally announced

The Pushkar–Gayathri directed Hindi language action thriller movie, Vikram Vedha, is now all set to release on OTT platform Jio Cinema much after its theatrical release last year in September.

Earlier, there were several reports on the tipped release date of Vikram Vedha and then the subsequent delay in the movie’s OTT release. However, now Jio Cinema has officially announced on social media platform that Vikram Vedha would be releasing on its platform on May 12th. Vikram Vedha received appreciation from both critics and the audience.

Where to watch Vikram Vedha on OTT

Eight months after the release of the movie in theatres worldwide, Vikram Vedha will stream on Jio Cinema starting May 12th. As of now, we can assume the movie will stream free for fans since JioCinema hasn’t announced any subscriptions yet. 

Vikram Vedha plot

Vikram Vedha is a Hindi-language Indian crime thriller, in which Vikram, an encounter specialist cop, is determined to catch Vedha, a notorious gangster. The movie revolves around the lives of these two main characters where Vikram eventually starts to question his morality and whether being on the side of the law is the right decision as he digs deeper into the life of Vedha.

Vikram Vedha cast

Vikram Vedha is a remake of the 2017 Tamil film of the same name. The movie stars Saif Ali Khan as SSP Vikram and Hrithik Roshan as Vedha Betal in lead roles. While Radhika Apte stars as Priya, Rohit Saraf stars as Shatak Betal in supporting roles. The film has been co-produced by YNOT Studios, T-Series Films, Reliance Entertainment, Jio Studios, Friday Filmworks, and Theme Studios. Neeraj Pandey has also worked as a creative producer of the film.
