Quick And Easy Ghevar Recipe | How To Make Monsoon-Special Instant Ghevar At Home:

This particular recipe has been shared by food vlogger Parul on her YouTube channel ‘Cook With Parul’. She says, this ghevar recipe needs no maida, no malai and avoids those long hours for frying. Sounds perfect, right? Take a look.

In this ghevar recipe, we need milk, sugar, water, elaichi powder, rusk and ghee. First, boil milk in a kadhai until it reduces to half. Add sugar and cardamom powder and prepare rabdi. Then make a sugar syrup of one-string consistency with sugar, water and elaichi powder. Besides, crush the rush into coarse powder.

Now, take two plates, grease them with oil and place butter paper on them. Grease the butter batter too with some oil. Next step – take two small plates, and grease them with oil.

Meanwhile, put the sugar syrup on medium flame and add rusk powder to it. Mix and add some ghee to it. Again, mix it all. Then, transfer the mix on the two greased plates. Spread well. Cut a small round in the centre with a cap and let it set.

Finally, place the ghevar on a plate, decorate with rabdi and garnish with chopped almonds, pistachio, and silver leaf if you want. And your instant ghevar is ready in just no time!
