Don’t worry, we all have the days we slip up from our “healthy’ diets and can’t control ourselves from all the temptations out there.”

3 Tips To Detox After Binge-Eating – Nutritionist Lovneet Batra Suggests:

1. Start your day with Tulsi-ginger water:

Drinking Tulsi-ginger water in the morning is the best way to boost your digestive energy. All you need to do is going water with Tulsi leaves and ginger, strain the water and take a sip.

2. Consume soaked sabja before breakfast:

Lovneet Batra recommends eating one tablespoon of soaked sabja seeds in the morning. These seeds being high on alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) stimulate fat-burning metabolism in the body. Moreover, the fibre in sabja seeds help boost digestion, aiding gut-health.

3. Add sprouts to your breakfast meal:

Sprouted beans and legumes are loaded with several essential nutrients including protein, fibre, vitamins et al. These nutrients help us keep full for long and refuel us with energy. Moreover, it helps slow-down “post eat-out binge”.
