H2O Hospitality (H2O, CEO John Lee), a tech-based global hospitality management company, signed a contract with Parnas Hotel (CEO Inchang Yeo), one of Korea’s leading hotel brands, on the full-scale digital transformation of hotel operations.
Parnas Hotel plans to further enhance hotel services by integrating ‘H2O Flow,’ a digital transformation solution independently developed by H2O, into all its branches.
Digital transformation will begin with the adoption of KakaoTalk chatbot by Parnas Hotel Jeju and will be completed by the end of this year at nine hotels owned by Parnas Hotel, including Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul as well as Nine Tree Hotels.
Once the transformation is complete, customers will be able to use the KakaoTalk chatbot service to make a reservation, check-in by mobile, and inquire into and book subsidiary facilities.
H2O Flow increases membership subscriptions by transforming the guest journey of hotel experience into mobile, including booking and check-in to support data-based hotel digital transformation. It also helps increase opportunities for direct customer services and target marketing, through an integrated brand booking system and membership program. The purpose is to raise the level of hospitality by directly communicating with guests.
H2O CEO John Lee said, “Digital transformation has become an even more pressing matter for the hotel industry after COVID-19. H2O will make maximum use of its technologies and know-how for customers seeking to be on the cutting edge of the era’s trends.”
