Nolan Machibroda – Cumberland (Tenn.) – Sr. – IF – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Benner batted .636 (7-for-11) with two home runs, 12 RBIs and three runs scored in a three-game series at Thomas More (Ky.)
- The senior posted three hits with a grand slam, seven RBIs and two runs scored in the series opener
- He collected two more hits with a game-tying two-run homer in the eighth and four RBIs in the second contest
- The infielder added two hits, two walks and one RBI in the finale game against the Saints
- This marks the fourth weekly honor of the season and fourth of his career for Machibroda
MSC Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Thomas Gutierrez – Cumberlands (Ky.) – Sr. – Los Angeles, Calif.
- Gutierrez tossed 7.0 shutout innings in the series opener versus Tennessee Southern
- The senior lefthander struck out seven and allowed just three hits with two walks against the Firehawks
- He retired 14 of the last 16 hitters he faced and no runner made it past second base
- This marks the second weekly honor of the season and second of his career for Gutierrez
