Google Pixel Watch 2 has been making headlines for the last few days. The latest leak regarding the Google Pixel Watch 2 shows that it is going to be a complete revamp over the Google Pixel Watch. A report by 9to5Google suggested that the device will not get teh Exynos processor, and this time, Google is going for a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor instead.

Speculations are that the processor to be used in the Google Pixel Watch 2 will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1, which has been seen in the TicWatch Pro 5 too. Another rumor has it that the wearable could get the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor. The chip is built on a 4nm fabrication process consisting of four A53 cores at 1.7GHz coupled with a dual Adreno 702 graphics processing unit (GPU).

To recall, the Google Pixel Watch contained Exynos 9100 processor based on a 10nm fabrication process with two A53 cores. Keeping in mind that the Watch 2 will ship with a new SoC, we can get to see multiple upgrades in the device as compared to its predecessor. It is being said that the watch will go on for at least a day with the Always-on display in play. The smartwatch may run on the Wear OS 4 that is yet to arrive in the global market.

High anticipations are that Google will also have identical health sensors to the Fitbit Sense 2. One of the major highlights could be the skin conductance (cEDA) sensor that can even sense the stress levels in an individual. Until now, only a limited amount of information regarding the Google Pixel Watch 2 via leaks and rumors. We can get to know more about the same as soon as there is an official announcement.
