‘Remixed’ emojis on Android phones

Scan dark web for Gmail address
Users in the US can now run scans to see if their Gmail address has been exposed on the dark web. They will also receive guidance on the actions they can take to protect themselves online. Google has also said that this feature will be expanded to 20 more countries in the coming months.
Spotify shortcut for WearOS watches
Those who have WearOS watches can now play music right from their wrist with the addition of Spotify shortcut.
Widgets for shows, news and more
Android users will get three new widgets as Google is adding three new widgets which will allow users to see information at a glance on their smartphones and tablets. “Quickly find personalised movie and TV show suggestions with Google TV, track selected stocks with Google Finance and enjoy headlines curated daily from Google News,” said Google in a blog post.
New feature for Google Play Books
With Google Play Books, users can access Reading practice, which “helps new readers improve vocabulary and comprehension skills using their Android phones and tablets with thousands of compatible children’s ebooks available,” said Google.
Most of these features will be rolled out in the coming weeks. Do keep in mind that the dark web feature for Gmail is available only in the US as of now. It’s not clear when the feature will be rolled out to users in India.
