With its redesigned Google Workspace suite, Google is bringing its AI-powered productivity solutions for mobile users to the next level. The brand is getting ready to launch a number of new AI technologies that will improve user productivity and streamline processes thanks to the potent PaLM 2 family of models. The features that make up Duet AI for Google Workspace are packed together to aid users in organising and creating new work processes.
Duet AI will enhance your emails on Gmail mobile by providing contextual support so you can write professional replies with names and other pertinent information filled in automatically. Google also claims to be developing tools that would enable you to create whole emails by answering a few straightforward questions.

You may create original backgrounds for your video conversations using Duet AI on Meet, which will enable “users to express themselves and deepen connections during video calls while protecting the privacy of their surroundings.”
Duet AI will streamline the categorization of information and the formulation of personalised plans on Sheets. Instead of spending time manually entering data, new categorization tools will recognise the context of the data in a cell and apply a tag to it, saving you time. Additionally, sheets will have capabilities that will allow you to make unique plans for jobs and projects by using short phrases as suggestions. State your goals, and Sheets will create a strategy for you in line with them.

Duet AI will assist you in creating original content on Docs. A draft of any topic you choose, complete with smart chips for location and status information, will be created immediately after you enter it. In the meantime, Docs will come with new, improved neural models that verify grammar, proofread, change tones, and recommend styles for people creating their own content. In addition to English, these functionalities will support Spanish, French, Japanese, and other languages.
Duet AI’s prompt-based picture generation function on Slides enables you to insert offline photos into your presentations. Apart from the Google Bundle, Duet AI will also offer code assistance, chat assistance, AppSheet to connect data and build workflows.
Through its Workspace Labs programme, Google is already distributing these features to reliable testers, allowing the business to experiment and improve its services in response to input from early users. You can join the Google tester program to explore the features.
