If you love your Fire TV Stick but fancy something a little more impressive then you’d be wise to watch out for an upcoming deal from Amazon. The US retailer has confirmed that some lucky customers will be able to take delivery of its pin-sharp 55-inch Fire TV 4-Series television for just £149.99 – that’s a whopping 73 percent off the usual price.

It’s a mighty bargain especially as this telly gets a 4K display, full access to all the most popular streaming apps plus clever voice controls via Alexa. Along with premium services such as Netflix and Disney+, there’s also a swathe of free content that can be streamed to the big screen including shows from YouTube, ITVX and Freevee.

This 55-inch 4-Series model usually costs £549.99 so it’s a massive bargain. The question is, how do you get this ludicrously good deal?

Amazon says the offer will be open to Prime members who can register for an invite to access the discount. Once the link has been clicked on the firm’s retail page, users must then check their email to see if they’ve received a link to purchase the screen.

Here’s how it works:

• Request an invite. Prime members get exclusive access to invite-only deals.

• Check your email. Invites for this deal will be sent between 22 November and 25 November 2023.

• Buy if invited. If invited, you’ll get an email notification with a unique link to purchase this deal, and information on how long the deal will be available.

If you are one of the lucky ones and get that invite, the TV will be yours for just £149.99. Along with that Fire TV deal, there’s another offer on a 40-inch TCL model which can be grabbed for £119 via the invite page.

This model usually costs £239 so there’s a total saving of 50 percent to be made. Those who sign up for this discount will be notified on November 22 and November 25.

You can see all the Prime invite offers here.

How much is prime?

Prime usually costs £8.99 per month but Amazon does offer a one-month free trial which means you can sign up now, pop your invite in for the TV discounted TVs the cancel Prime before you’ve been charged.
