Steps

Visit https://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in/madad/final/home.jsp using any web browser on your PC or phone

To register a complaint related to trains, click on the Train Complaint option

Enter your phone number and click on Get OTP
4
Enter the OTP received and click on Submit

Now, enter the PNR number and Type of complaint (It is the option you need to choose to specify the nature of the complaint)

Select Sub type and enter data of the incident

Upload a supporting file (photo or video related to the complaint)

Now, write a small description of the complaint

<i>Once done, click on Submit button to register the complaint</i>
Railmadad service also allows users to register complaints related to Train stations. For that, click on the Station complaint button. Then, enter the necessary information and hit the Submit button to register.
After registering the complaint, you’ll receive a Reference number. You can use this number to track the status of your complaint.
