The OPPO Reno 8 SE is said to sport a 6.43-inch FHD+ 90Hz refresh rate and probably an LED panel. It is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage that is further expandable. The phone is said to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support, which could be a similar tech to the OnePlus 10 Pro. Yogesh tells us there will be another variant with 65W fast charging.
Moving to optics, the OPPO Reno 8 SE is said to come with triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS and an LED flash, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP third sensor. It is said to get a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor on the front for video chats and selfies. The phone runs on Android 12-based ColorOS 12 custom skin out of the box and will be equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper.
The Reno 8 SE will not come with a 3.5mm audio jack and stereo speakers. That’s pretty much everything about the Reno 8 SE. We should know the price and availability details when the phone launches officially.
