Now, we bring you the complete Realme 9i specs courtesy of Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks. As per Steve, the upcoming phone will adopt a new back panel design, dubbed as the “Stereo Prism Design”. Let’s now take a look at the handset’s hardware.
Realme 9i specifications
According to OnLeaks, the Realme 9i sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. It is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset with Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. The chipset will be paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that should be further expandable via a microSD card. The phone will have triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary lens, and a 2MP third sensor.
Realme 9i specs:
- 6.6-inch FHD+ (90Hz)
- Snapdragon 680 SoC
- 8GB/128GB
- 50MP triple rear cameras
- 5000mAh battery (33W fast charging)
The Realme 9i is said to have a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Since it has an LCD panel, the fingerprint sensor is side-mounted. The phone will have a 3.5mm audio jack. That’s pretty much it about the specifications. We can speculate it may run on Android 11-based on Realme UI 2.0 custom skin and connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
Realme 9i design
As for the design, the Realme 9i looks familiar to most Realme phones. It has a punch-hole cutout on the top-left corner to house the selfie snapper and narrow bezels. The phone has triple cameras and an LED flash arranged in a rectangular module and vertical stripes for better grip. The volume up and down buttons are on the left side of the device, while the power button with a fingerprint sensor embedded in it is on the right side. Up top, there’s a microphone. The 3.5mm audio jack, primary microphone, speaker grille, and a USB Type-C port are on the bottom. The phone seems to be made out of plastic to keep the price on the lower side.
