U.K.-based conference and event-space provider Etc.venues plans to open a new venue in Midtown, New York City by year-end, the company announced this week.

The new Etc.venues space will be located at 810 Seventh Ave. as the company’s third New York opening, following 360 Madison Ave. in March 2020 and 601 Lexington Ave. in June 2021.

The new property will feature seven meeting spaces over the 22nd and 23rd floors in the 41-story building. The largest meeting space will be able to accommodate up to 140 attendees in a theater-style seating arrangement.

Etc.venues COO Nick Hoare in a statement said the company’s “growth plans will take the business close to $125 million annual worldwide revenue next year,” and the move follows the “success of our two existing NYC properties plus a healthy sales pipeline supports our planned further expansion at 810 Seventh Avenue.”

The building is officially owned and operated by office landlord giant SL Green. The opening will extend Etc.venues’ portfolio to 30 venues and more than 100,000 square footage of city event space.

[Clarification, Sept. 23] A previous version of the report indicated that SL Green owns and operates the venue space; the company owns and operates the building.
