Dulquer Salman and Murnal Thakur’s cute conversation while promoting Sita Ramam is caught on cam. Watch

Actors Dulquer Salmaan and Murnal Thakur are basking in the phenomenal success of their latest release Sita Ramam, which has grossed over ₹25 crore worldwide in its opening weekend. Fans loved the first time pairing of Dulquer and Mrunal in the movie, and expressed their excitement, when a clip featuring the pair from the promotions of the movie surfaced on social media. In the video, Duqluer and Mrunal can be seen discussing the meaning of different names and fans say they love the pair. Sita Ramam features Dulquer in the role of a lieutenant officer in the Indian Army, while Mrunal was seen playing a princess. The story is set against the backdrop of Kashmir in the 1960s. In the video of the actors from the films promotions, Mrunal can be seen talking about a Tamil teacher from her school days. She says how she would often use ‘ayyayo’, and Duqluer admits it’s a very common usage in Tamil and Malayalam.

Dulquer and Mrunal go on to discuss the meaning of the names Rukshanth and Prashanth. As they try to decode the meaning, they have a good laugh. Dulquer says that they only get to hangout the most during the promotions, but never do it on film sets. In reply, Murnal says, “It’s because you’re always on your iPad or phone or on Twitter.”

Many fans on Twitter shared Dulquer and Mrunal’s video with heart emojis.One wrote, “Murnal Thakur, you’ll be loved by Dulquer fans forever machi(friend).” Another fan wrote, “How Dulquer Salman is getting better and better with his look. Ah I want them (Mrunal and Dulquer) to do more movies together; lovely pair.” One more fan wrote about Mrunal: “She’s not overdoing anything; her cuteness is natural.”

Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies,Sita Ramammarked the debut of Mrunal Thakur in Telegu films. She played a character called Sita, who is also princess Noor Jahan in the film. Rashmika Mandana is also seen in the film that released in theatres on August 5.
