Dream11 CEO offers jobs to Indian employees impacted by recent layoffs
Indians, who comprise a substantial section of the workforce in the US Silicon Valley, have recently been significantly impacted by the unprecedented firings at several tech companies.

Jain said that his company is profitable and is a “USD 8 Billion company” with more than 150 million users. They are “constantly looking for great talent, especially with leadership experience in design, product, and tech.”
“With all the 2022 Tech layoffs (52,000+!) in the US, please spread the word to remind Indians to come back home (especially those with visa issues) to help Indian Tech realise our hyper-growth potential in the next decade!” Jain tweeted.

How many people affected due to tech layoffs?
As per the industry tracker Layoffs.fyi, more than 100,000 tech jobs have been lost in the US in 2022 among companies like Microsoft, Netflix, Twitter, Amazon, Snap and Walmart, and others.
A recent report said that Amazon plans to lay off 10,000 employees amid the largest job cuts in its history. And the job cuts will most likely affect Amazon’s devices organisation, including the voice-assistant Alexa, its retail division and human resources.
Meanwhile, Twitter and Meta have also laid off thousands of employees recently. In fact, Twitter laid off 4,000 contract employees without any prior notice this week. It has also fired 90 per cent of its employees in India.
