Disha Parmar reacts after fans spot no sindoor, wedding ring during Rahul Vaidya’s live: ‘Aap ladai karwa doge’

Disha Parmar was seen tackling fan queries as they noticed she was sporting neither the sindoor nor a wedding ring in an Instagram live session with Rahul Vaidya. The singer, who is currently a contestant on Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, had hosted a live session on Tuesday evening to celebrate 2 million followers on his Instagram profile.

While Disha Parmar and Rahul Vaidya received love from fans, a few asked the couple about the missing sindoor on Disha’s forehead. “Aapne sindoor nahi lagaya (You’ve not applied sindoor?),” a fan’s comment read. Rahul turned to Disha and faked a fight with her.

“Why didn’t you apply sindoor?” Rahul asked in Hindi. Disha turned the tables and blamed it on Rahul. She said that he was supposed to apply but he doesn’t have time for her. “I should apply every day?” Rahul asked her. Disha affirmed and added that he was the one who made a promise on Bigg Boss 14 that he would apply sindoor on her forehead every day. However, Rahul seemed to have no recollection of the statement.

“Timing alag alag hoti hai, jab ready hoti ho toh khud laga diya karo. Sindoor pati ki nishani hoti hai par Disha… Thank you jisne bhi yaad dilaya, Disha kal se roz sindoor lagana. (If the timings don’t match, you apply it yourself. Sindoor is the symbol of a husband but Disha… Thank you, whoever pointed it out. Disha, from tomorrow, apply sindoor every day),” Rahul replied. Soon, fans began urging Rahul to apply sindoor during the live. While Rahul was prepared to do it, Disha refused, even threatening to leave the chat.

Rahul calmed the situation by telling that he was fine with the missing sindoor and they shouldn’t worry either. A few moments later, a fan requested Disha to show her wedding ring. An embarrassed Disha confessed she had removed it because it was coming in the way of her work.

“Baby main kaam kar rahi thi na to maine utaar ke rakh di thi. Fir main pehnna bhool gayi (Baby I was working so I removed it and kept it aside. I forgot to wear it after),” she told Rahul before turning to the camera and jokingly told fans, “Listen aap log humara 11th din pe ladai karwa doge (You guys are going to lead us into a fight).”

Rahul and Disha tied the knot earlier this month in Mumbai. The couple’s wedding ceremonies were attended by their close friends and family members. Rahul’s Bigg Boss 14 co-stars Aly Goni, Jasmin Bhasin and Rakhi Sawant, and Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 contestants Shweta Tiwari and Arjun Bijlani were among those present at the wedding reception.
