As the name suggests, this roti is made using bajra and methi. Bajra or pearl millet is high in fibre and protein and low on carbohydrates. When mixed with methi, it further increases its fibre content. This roti is loaded with essential nutrients and vitamins, making it an ideal bread for people suffering with diabetes. To make bajra methi missi roti, combine bajra flour, wheat flour, fenugreek (saunf) leaves, garlic cloves, curd, paneer, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and knead into a firm dough. Add water as required. Divide the dough into five portions and roll into thin rotis. Now, heat a tawa and roast the rotis until done from both sides. Serve hot with green chutney. Bajra methi missi roti is ready!
