(Nasdaq: CALA), a clinical-stage, precision oncology biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock, warrants to purchase shares of its common stock, and pre-funded warrants in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock, warrants and pre-funded warrants are being offered by Calithera.
