Burger King Brazil Launches Pink Sauce Burger, ‘Barbie’ Themed Decor And More

The movie fever for ‘Barbie’ is at an all-time high and has taken over our daily lives. The Greta Gerwig directorial has already premiered in Los Angeles and is releasing in India on July 21. The anticipation and excitement are building up for this interesting and unique film starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling. And now, the film’s pink theme is percolating down to our food as well! On Monday, Zomato shared a picture of a ‘Barbie barfi’ which was basically a pink-coloured ras malai. And now, we have learnt that Burger King Brazil has launched a new burger with a pink sauce inside it ahead of the film’s release. Take a look:

The entire Burger King Brazil logo has been turned pink and they have also launched a couple of new items on their menu in honour of the film. Burger King Brazil has launched a new ‘Barbie’ combo complete with a burger, cola drink, French fries and shake. The ‘Barbie’ burger comes with a delicious pink sauce with a smoky flavour and a potato patty. The pink vanilla milkshake has a doughnut with pink glazing. Meanwhile, a Burger King in Sao Paolo adopted an entirely pink-themed decor in honour of the film’s release. Take a look:

A flurry of reactions poured into the new Barbie-themed burger items and decor introduced at Burger King Brazil. A couple of users said they would travel to the country to try this unique burger. “Honestly this looks good, is it coming to America,” questioned one user. Others felt that it was looking like a digestive tablet had been infused into the burger. “They put pepto bismoll in the burger,” commented another user.
