The tweet was shared by user Himmy Butler @Jacti0nJ on June 5. In a short span of time, the picture of the bizarre burger has received over 8.4 million tweet views. In the click, we could see what appeared to be an innovative take on a burger. A burger bun could be seen atop a giant chicken patty that was completely flat. The fried chicken looked crisp but the lower bun was not visible at all. “My lunch today,” was the caption shared by the user.
Internet users were quite confused and divided about the bizarre chicken patty inside the burger. Hundreds of them left their thoughts in the comments section. “You got some sandwich in your chicken,” said one user. “I’ve lived in Indiana my whole life and in these sandwiches, the pork tenderloin is overrated, bland and dry in my experiences,” revealed another user. Many Twitter users also called it a deep-fried treasure map or Declaration of Independence.
