More about Bheege Hont Tere
Bheege Honth Tere was picturised on Emraan Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat. It was sung by Kunal Ganjawala with music by Anu Malik. Sayeed had penned three more songs including Kaho Na Kaho, Zindagi Iss Tarah and Jaana Tere Mein for the film.
The promo shows host Kapil Sharma welcoming Sayeed Quadri and saying out the lyrics of the song Bheege Hont Tere. He went on to ask him, “Sir itni pyaas aai kaha se (how did you end up being so thirsty)?” He replied, “Main Rajasthan ka rahne wala hu na, isliye bahut pyaas hai (I belong to Rajasthan that’s why I have so much thirst).” Kapil further added, “Bheege Hont Tere ki jagah Bheege Oont Tere bhi likh sakte they aap (in that case, the lyrics of the song should be about camels),” and left everyone in splits.
More about Murder
Directed by Anurag Basu and produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Murder also starred Ashmit Patel. The film was set in Bangkok and based on the 2002 American film, Unfaithful. The film was a hit and its songs had a major role in it. It was followed by two more installments in 2011 and 2013.
Why Mallika and Emraan are not in touch now
Mallika and Emraan are however, no more in touch. Mallika had once talked about one of their fights during the film after which they stopped talking. She had said on The Love Laugh Live show in 2021, “We didn’t speak and now I think it was so childish. It was after the film I think during promotions or something we had a misunderstanding. It was so uncalled for and so childish on my part also. I’m no less. I lost touch with him and it’s really sad because he was a wonderful co-star because he’s so friendly and giving. He’s a nice boy.”
