Over a video chat, when she casually hints to her husband, Pawan (Mukul Chaddha), that she feels stagnant with no growth and might resign after she snags that coveted promotion, he eggs her to stay on. Mostly because he isn’t sure how long he can hold on to his job in Mumbai. As a new D.F.O (Divisional Forest Officer) takes charge of her position in the forests of Madhya Pradesh, a village in the vicinity is threatened by a tigress on the prowl. This show is a tumultuous ride of emotions that keeps us on the edge of our seats till the very end.

Toofaan

Toofan is a story of Aziz Ali, who goes from working under a gangster to becoming one of the most successful boxers. The film is well written with enough time for a great character development arc. Farhan Akhtar really deserves all the praise for his hard work.

With a brilliant cast and intriguing plot, this sci-fi action film is quite enjoyable.

September Mornings

The story follows Cassandra, a trans woman, and she fearlessly refuses to back down in a world that tries to break her. Meaningful and very well executed show with songs that will transcend into the audience’s soul. Cassandra’s journey to becoming an independent woman is a robust watch. 

The Little Things

Deputy Sheriff Joe asks Deke to go for an investigation-related search. While he searches Los Angeles to collect some evidence, he joins forces with Sergent JimBaxter in catching a culprit who is terrorizing the city. But as the chase continues, more secrets from Deke’s past get entangled with the case. If you are into thrillers, you should definitely watch this.

Aalas, Motaapa, Ghabraahat

Karunesh Talwar is back with his second stand-up special. This is about his experience in the lockdown and his relationships with his parents, his girlfriend. He puts across how we are all just a modified version of our parents. This is different from what we usually see, and if you want to sit back and have a fun time, this is for you.

The Mauritanian

This is based on the true story of Mohamedou Ould Slahi, a Mauritanian being accused of being a 9/11 terrorist. After horrible torture and being imprisoned without any charges when a man has lost all hope, a defense attorney, her associate, and a military prosecutor make it their mission to find this man’s truth untangling a conspiracy. With outstanding performances by Jodie Foster, Shailene Woodley, Tahar Rahim, and Benedict Cumberbatch, The Mauritanian is a must-watch.

Family Man S2

Well, this needs no introduction. We all know people have been waiting for this since forever, and finally, the wait is over. The family man season 2 is now streaming on Prime. This season, we follow Srikant as he had to return to the field to take down another powerful enemy. His marriage is falling apart, and he has abandoned his job. But this time, the stakes are personal and the enemy more powerful. Special shoutout to Samantha Akkineni, who completely walks away with the show.
