Arden’s Second Saturday Farm Tours Return to the Agrihood

We are so excited to finally welcome visitors back to the Arden farm and to have the opportunity to share with others how the farm works.

Arden, South Florida’s first “agrihood” community, is relaunching its Second Saturday Farm Tours taking place every second Saturday of the month through December. Starting July 10 at noon, Arden will welcome its first visitors since March 2020, when the popular Farm Tours were temporarily halted to prioritize safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We are so excited to finally welcome visitors back to the Arden farm and to have the opportunity to share with others how the farm works,” said Arden Farm Directors Tripp and Carmen Eldridge. “After a tough year, we are looking forward to introducing visitors to the Arden agrihood, and showing how we incorporate the farm into the Arden community for the residents.”

During the tours, visitors will get to view Arden’s five-acre farm and event barn, offering events, seasonal classes, and other lively gatherings. Locally sourced, sustainable products will also be available for purchase at the Arden General Store.

Upcoming tour dates are July 10, Aug. 14, Sept. 11, Oct. 9, Nov. 13, and Dec. 11. Tours in August through December will begin at 1:00 pm. Tours are open to the public.
