Apple has announced the August games list for Arcade, its subscription-based gaming service. The tech giant has confirmed four new games for the platform: Amazing Bomberman, Jetpack Joyride 2, My Talking Tom+ and Love You to Bits+. Here is a quick rundown of the new titles coming to Apple Arcade.
Amazing Bomberman: Launching August 5
Amazing Bomberman is an all-new game from popular game publisher Konami. It’s an Arcade Original title so it will be available exclusively on Apple Arcade only. In terms of features, the game is claimed to offer impressive visuals and a range of music created exclusively for the game. Amazing Bomberman offers online battles, customisable items and a dedicated Practice mode for players to hone their skills.
Jetpack Joyride 2: Launching August 19
Jetpack Joyride 2 is the sequel to the popular title Jetpack Joyride. Like Amazing Bomberman, it will also be an Arcade Original and comes with updated HD graphics, new animations, new mechanics and a new way of playing. The game will also offer multiple jetpacks options to choose from.
My Talking Tom+: Launching August 12
My Talking Tom+ is the virtual pet game where players adopt a virtual pet, keep him happy and help him explore his world. Players can pet, poke, dress and even talk to Tom. Players can also travel the world with Tom and capture memories in a photo album dedicated to Tom’s travels.
Love You to Bits+: Launching August 26
Love You to Bits+ is a puzzle-filled, point-and-click, sci-fi adventure game. Players in the game will have to follow the journey of Kosmo, a clumsy, rookie space explorer in search of Nova, his robot girlfriend. After a fatal accident, Nova’s pieces are scattered across outer space, so now Kosmo’s job is to retrieve all of Nova’s bits, rebuild her and start a journey anew.
