Andrea Bocelli Performs Exclusive Concert at Residences by Armani Casa

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, is dedicated to curating and executing exceptional lifestyle experiences customized to achieve each community’s vision.

“An event of this magnitude is where the hospitality experience of our team truly shines.”

World-renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli performed an intimate concert for 100 guests at Residences by Armani Casa, a FirstService Residential-managed community in Sunny Isles Beach. Held on the day after Valentine’s Day, the private event featured a five-course gourmet dinner created by Chef James Versfelt before the one-hour performance, where classically trained soprano Amelia Milo accompanied Bocelli.

“This was a prestigious night, not only for our guests but for our associates who organized an unforgettable experience in a very short time frame,” said Chris Hevia, vice president of South Florida high-rise at FirstService Residential. “It was all hands on deck – from arranging deliveries, flowers, tables, chairs, and linens to staffing the event, menu creation, and so much more.”

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, provides management services for Residences by Armani Casa and its upscale amenities. It was Bocelli’s second performance at the prominent 56-story building that boasts sprawling views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and city skyline. The concert was held in the building’s main lobby, which provided the right acoustics due to its unique structure.

“An event of this magnitude is where the hospitality experience of our team truly shines,” stated Robert Baldwin, food and beverage director of the South Region at FirstService Residential. “In the front of the house, our guests were treated to polished elegance and sophistication, while the back of the house was meticulously focused on prepping and plating an epicurean feast paired with wine.”

The evening’s menu, created by FirstService Residential’s Chef Versfelt, who has served Miami’s elite at the Versace Mansion, Fisher Island Club, and the Shelbourne Miami, among others, started with a burrata caprese Florida heirloom tomato salad and an intermezzo, followed by a sumptuous wagyu Osso Buco and a house-made tiramisu.

Following dinner, the concert, and a meet and greet with Bocelli, guests – some who were residents and board members of the building – left with signature goody bags by Armani.
