They also claim that the product was shipped by Amazon under the name Electronics Bazar Store. The user has also shared a video of delivery and unpacking experience as evidence. The video shows two boxes of Bluetooth speakers taped together to resemble an PS5 box. After the customer reached out to Amazon support, they responded by saying that they will investigate the issue and get back to the customer in three days.

The Reddit user has requested other potential PS5 buyers to avoid sellers like Kay Kay Overseas Corporation and Electronics Bazar Store for the time being. Another user has apparently received a used PS4 Pro 1TB from Kay Kay Overseas, and was asked to wait for three days by Amazon support as they investigate the issue. It’s unclear whether Amazon will refund the amount or replace the order.
