Airtel recharge price hike: Get 500MB additional data per day with these four plans | 91mobiles.com

Airtel has restructured the fees for its mobile service plans and the new prices are now active. These new plans have now pushed up the cost of plans but Airtel has devised some promotional offers to keep customers interested in the plans. The price surge also brings along benefits in the form of 500MB of additional data per day, Amazon Prime mobile trial version, Apollo 24|7 Circle for 3 months, free online courses on Shaw Academy, Rs 100 cashback on FASTags, etc. The Airtel recharge price hike earlier this week was followed by Vi raising prices of its prepaid packs.

Airtel recharge plans with additional 500MB data per day

Airtel has increased rates for its prepaid recharge from today, and the new rates are already live. While many benefits are available on various plans as additional bonuses, Airtel will also be offering a lucrative offer on mobile data on select packs, i.e. the 500MB of additional data per day. 

This offer is available on four of Airtel recharge plans — 2GB/day for 84 days (Rs 839) plan, 1.5GB/day for 84 days (Rs 719) plan, 1.5GB/Day for 28 days (Rs 299) plan, and 1GB/day for 28 days (Rs 265) plan. However, with 500MB of extra data per day over and above other benefits, consumers will end up getting 2.5GB, 2GB, 2GB, and 1.5GB daily data allowance on these four packs, respectively.

The 2GB/day for 84 days plan was earlier available for Rs 698 and has now gone up by Rs 141 to Rs 839. This plan gets 500MB of data per day as a bonus along with Amazon Prime Video mobile edition free trial, Apollo 24|7 Circle membership for 3 months, Rs 100 cashback on FASTags, Wynk Music subscription, free Hellotunes, and free courses from Shaw Academy.

The 1.5GB/day for 84 days plan was earlier available for Rs 598 and has now gone up by Rs 121 to Rs 719. This plan too gets 500MB of data per day as a bonus along with other benefits. 

Monthly plans with 28-day validity now cost Rs 299 for 1.5GB/day and Rs 265 for 1GB/day, which is an increase of Rs 50 and Rs 46, respectively. These two packs will also offer the benefit of having 500MB of extra mobile data per day. Other benefits include Amazon Prime Video mobile edition free trial, Wynk Music subscription, free Hellotunes, etc.
