Airtel has already launched its 5G services in 3000 cities in India. The service provider has now announced that it has surpassed 2 million customers using Airtel 5G Plus service in Mumbai. Mumbai is also the first city in the country to have 5G coverage in all its towns and talukas.
Key areas where Airtel 5G service is available
Airtel 5G Plus is now available at major business hubs in Mumbai, including BKC, Nariman Point, and Lower Parel, providing companies with access to the ultra-fast and seamless 5G network. The service is also accessible at various transportation hubs such as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), Mumbai Metro line, Mumbai Monorail, and all railway stations throughout the Western, Central, and Harbour lines, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for commuters. Furthermore, tourists visiting popular locations in the city, such as Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway, Marine Drive, Bandra-Worli Sea-link, and Juhu Beach, can enjoy super-fast 5G speeds. Airtel has also extended its 5G coverage to residential communities and educational campuses, including the University of Mumbai, IIT Mumbai, and TISS.

Customers must have a 5G-enabled smartphone and be located within an area covered by the 5G network to take advantage of this offer. To redeem the offer, Airtel customers can use the Airtel Thanks app.
