Airtel’s 5G service is available to customers along the route of the Kerala Water Metro service between the High Court-Vypin terminals and the Vyttila-Kakkanad terminals.

What Airtel users need to do to access its 5G service
In order to utilize Airtel’s 5G service, individuals must be located in a city or area that has 5G coverage. To stay updated on notifications and alerts regarding 5G availability, users can refer to the Airtel Thanks app. Those interested in using Airtel 5G Plus smartphones, they need to switch their preferred network type to 5G. No new SIM card is required to access the Airtel 5G Plus service; users can simply utilize their existing SIM card. Furthermore, users can continue using their current data plans to access the Airtel 5G Plus service and are not obligated to purchase a new plan.
Airtel Unlimited offer
Airtel has launched a new Unlimited Data Offer to meet the demands of its customers. This offer is open to both postpaid users and prepaid subscribers who have subscribed to a data plan priced at Rs 239 or higher. To take advantage of this offer, Airtel customers need to own a smartphone that supports 5G and be within an area covered by the 5G network. Customers can redeem this offer by accessing the Airtel Thanks app.
