Adani Green Q1 Results: Profit drops 2% to Rs 214 crore; revenue surges 67%
on Tuesday reported a 2.28 per cent YoY drop in its June quarter consolidated profit at Rs 214 crore. The bottomline reported in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year was at Rs 219 crore.

Adani Green’s revenue from operations shot up 67 per cent YoY to Rs 1,635 crore during the quarter.

The Adani Group company said its cash profit increased by 48 per cent to Rs 680 crore and its operational capacity increased by 65 per cent YoY to 5,800 MW.

The renewable energy company’s revenue from power supply jumped 57 per cent YoY to Rs 1,328 crore while the EBITDA in the segment improved 60 per cent to Rs 1,265 crore.

“Robust growth in revenue and EBITDA from power supply is backed by capacity addition, improved solar and wind CUF and high hybrid CUF,” the company said in a BSE filing.

“With deployment of the latest technologies and analytics driven O&M, AGEL’s Solar and Wind portfolio performance has continued to improve. We are further proud of our teams that have enabled commissioning of India’s first solar – wind hybrid capacity of 390 MW at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan with more such projects in pipeline. We will continue to deploy the latest technologies to enable higher and cost efficient RE power generation with flexible integration with the grid,” Vneet S. Jaain, MD & CEO, Adani Green Energy, said.
