Acer has launched what it claims to be the world’s lightest laptop — Swift Edge in the US. The 16-inch OLED laptop weighs 1.17kg and is powered by an AMD processor. The slim and lightweight laptop from Acer offers multiple connectivity options and comes with Microsoft Pluton support.
Acer Swift Edge comes with a price tag of $1,499.99 (Rs 1,23,400) and is available for purchase in North America. The customers can purchase the laptop from Acer e-stores and other official resellers in the region. Acer has not yet revealed any details about the India launch of the laptop.

Acer Swift Edge comes with a 16-inch 4K OLED display with 3840×2400 pixel resolution. The company claims that the laptop is made using an alloy which is 20% lighter and 2x strong as normal aluminum.
The device is powered by AMD Ryzen 6000 Series processor paired with AMD Radeon Graphics. The laptop packs 1TB of SSD space and 32GB of RAM. Acer Swift Edge runs Windows 11 Home operating system and comes with Microsoft Pluton support for security.
