A&R Icon Award to be sponsored by YouTube at A&R Awards in London – Music Business Worldwide

YouTube is sponsoring one of the guaranteed standing ovation moments of the evening at this year’s A&R Awards on November 8 in London: the A&R Icon Award.

The trophy is presented to a legend of music A&R who has influenced generations.

The A&R Awards, the UK music industry’s most enjoyable night out, will take place on Tuesday, November 8, at London’s Grand Connaught Rooms.

The UK-focused event will see icons and legends of the British music industry celebrated alongside the industry’s most successful hit-makers of the last year. Sadly (but also happily), all tables are now sold.

Other categories at the 2022 event will include Songwriter of the Year, Producer of The Year, A&R of the Year: Pop/R&B (supported by Concord), A&R Administrator, A&R of The Year: Contemporary Black Music (supported by Spotify), A&R Of The Year: Electronic/Dance, Song of the Year (supported by Hipgnosis), Major Label of The Year (supported by Voly Music), Independent Label of The Year, Publisher of the Year (sponsored by Milk & Honey) and Management Company (supported by Centtrip).
