The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1208.35 crore for the quarter ended 30-Jun-2022, down 7.77 per cent from previous quarter’s Rs 1310.13 crore and down 3.17 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 1171.18 crore.
The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 209.67 crore, down 10.1 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

As of 30-Jun-2022, DIIs held 1.87 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 18.7 per cent and the promoters 51.0 per cent.
