To begin with the recipe, all you need to do is wash the bhindi and cut them into pieces. Once done, deep fry till all the stickiness is gone. Once done, take out the fried bhindi and keep aside.

Now heat oil in a kadhai, add jeera, along with chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes. Once onions turn translucent, add tomato puree and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and let the mixture get cooked properly.
