Actor and social media influencer Aashika Bhatia shared a transformation video of herself on Instagram. Aashika who has lost weight recently was previously body-shamed on the social media platform. Sharing the new video, she revealed the names people used to call her and how transformation is the perfect answer to the online bullies. Sharing the video, Aashika wrote, “Huh.” The video starts with short clips of Aashika along with remarks she used to receive in the comments section of her posts. Later, videos of her after the transformation starts playing, in which Aashika looks unrecognisable.

Television actor Kunal Bakshi commented, “@_aashikabhatia_ hats off to you are dedicated kiddo. Godbless.” One fan commented, “Wow. We loved you then, we love you now and we’ll keep loving you until the very end.” Another one wrote, “Cute then and pretty now.” A person wrote, “What a transformation. This is jaw dropping.” Many fans dropped heart emojis in the comments section.

Earlier, in an interview with ETimes, Aashika said that it is best to ignore people who body-shame others. She said, “Always remember that each one of us is beautiful just the way we are. Nobody can take that away from you or say anything. Best is to ignore such people for your peace of mind. So, just be happy and remember ‘you are beautiful just the way you are’.”

Aashika has appeared in shows such as Meera, Parvarrish, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi and many more. More than five million people follow her on Instagram. In the same interview, when she was asked if she would return to TV, she said, “Of course, I would want to go back to my field as I started with that and I love doing it. Acting is my passion. I would never leave that.”
