Alia Bhatt’s sunkissed picture receives love from Priyanka Chopra and Samantha Ruth Prabhu; fans call her ‘sunshine’
Alia Bhatt has shared a new picture that has got her friends and fans talking. The actor posted the picture on her Instagram handle on Monday and captioned it with a single yellow chick emoji. The sunkissed picture also received praises from actors Priyanka Chopra and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, among others. The picture showed Alia in a yellow tank top looking into the camera as the sunlight fell perfectly on her face. She could also be seen holding a bunch of yellow flowers near her face. She was also wearing a string of neckpieces.
The picture soon received a lot of responses from her fans, as well as her friends from the industry. Priyanka Chopra, who will soon be working with Alia in Jee Le Zaraa, a road trip film by Farhan Akhtar, commented “beautiful,” adding a hearts-eyed emoji. Samantha Ruth Prabhu commented a red-heart emoji.
Several other fans also commented heart emojis, in addition to fire emojis. Many fans called Alia “sunshine,” while others commented, “wow.” One wrote, “Why so Pretty,” while another commented, “Queen of Bollywood.”
Alia was seen in the title role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi in February this year. She also appeared in an extended cameo in the recently-released RRR, has earned over ₹700 crore at the box office. She will next be seen in Ayaan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra, which is scheduled to release on September 9. The film also stars her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, apart from Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni.
Meanwhile, several reports about her wedding to Ranbir Kapoor have surfaced of late. Speculations are rife that they are all set to tie the knot this year. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ranbir had said that they do plan to get married ‘soon’ but did not specify a date.
