Divya Agarwal reacts to rumours of ex-boyfriend Varun Sood’s affair with Madhurima Roy

Actor and Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal has defended her ex-boyfriend Varun Sood after people on Twitter accused him of having an affair with actor Madhurima Roy. Taking to Twitter, Divya shared a post saying that not all separations happen because of a person’s character. Calling Varun an ‘honest man’, she also called out those who spoke ‘rubbish’. A Twitter user shared a video in which Varun Sood is seen at a restaurant table. The user claimed that Madhurima shared the video on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “A love affair.” The user captioned the post, “Ok so this is the story #MadhurimaRoy uploaded on her insta account writing a love affair… Tagging #Varunsood. And after #DivyaAgarwal announcing breakup she deleted all this!! What is this man… I just want #DivyaAgarwal to stay strong and do well in her life.”

Hours later, Divya shared the tweet, “Dare anyone say anything about Varun’s character.. not every separation happens because of character! He is an honest man! It’s my decision to be alone no one has the right to speak anything rubbish ! It takes a lot of strength to take decisions like these in life! Respect.”

In a message for Madhurima, Divya wrote on her Instagram Stories, “@madhurimaroy.12 You are a sweetheart. Don’t you worry (red heart emoji). Love you.”

Sharing Divya’s post for her, Madhuri wrote on Instagram Stories, “To the ones spewing distasteful hate messages all over my profile, you guys really hit an all tine low! Varun and you are dearest despite anything! Peace out man.”

On Sunday, Divya had shared a post on her Instagram pro announcing her separation from Varun. She had also posted a selfie as she covered half her face. Divya had captioned the post, “Life is such a circus! Try n keep everyone happy, expect nothing that’s true but what happens when the self-love starts declining ??”

She had also added, “No i don’t blame anyone for anything that’s happening to me.. I feel worked up .. and that’s okay .. I want to breathe n live for myself .. that’s okay! I hereby formally declare that I’m on my own in this life and would like to take my time to live the way I want to!”

“No, it’s not always necessary to have big statements, excuses and reasons for a decision. It’s just my choice to step out of it. I really value and love all the happy moments I spent with him. He’s a great guy! He will always be my best friend. Please respect my decision,” she concluded.

Sharing the post on her Instagram Stories, Divya had written, “Thank you Varun for everything. Will always be good friends.” Divya and Varun recently announced that they were planning to buy a new house. The couple was living together for the past few years.
