Alia Bhatt rocks purple bikini as she hits the pool with pals, fan calls them ‘stunning beauties’. See photos

Alia Bhatt took a dip in the pool with her school friends, Meghna Goyal and Devika Advani. Taking to Instagram, Devika shared pictures of the three of them posing in the water and wrote, “Little mermaids.” Alia wore a purple one-shoulder bikini top with matching bottoms. Her hair was tied up in a bun.

Fans showered love on Alia and her friends. “Prettiest best friends!” one wrote. “The stunning beauties,” another said. Many also dropped heart emojis on the post.

On Wednesday, Alia and her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor unveiled the motion poster of their upcoming film Brahmastra in Delhi. Their cute banter at the launch made headlines.

During the event, Ranbir answered a fan question about his wedding date. “When will you marry Alia or someone else?” he read out. Alia’s mouth was agape after hearing the second part of the question. He replied, “Well, haven’t we seen a lot of people getting married in the last one year? I think we should be happy with that.”

Brahmastra, the first of a proposed fantasy trilogy, marks Ranbir and Alia’s first film together. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in key roles and is set for a theatrical release on September 9, 2022.

Recently, it was speculated that Alia violated Covid-19 norms by travelling to Delhi days after attending a dinner at Karan Johar’s house. Several of her fellow guests, including Kareena Kapoor, Amrita Arora and Seema Khan, tested positive after the gathering.

However, a senior Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) official said that she did not violate any quarantine rules as she had a negative test report while travelling.

Alia will be seen next in SS Rajamouli’s RRR, titled Rise Roar Revolt in Hindi, Roudram Ranam Rudhiram in Telugu and Raththam Ranam Rowthiram in Tamil. The film stars Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, with Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran also in supporting roles. It is slated to hit the screens on January 7, 2022.

Other than these, Alia also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and her first home production, a dark comedy titled Darlings, in the pipeline. She will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht.
