Dell: Dell strengthens security portfolio to protect businesses from cyberattacks – Times of India
“Our growing portfolio of security services and solutions is helping organisations tackle their toughest security challenges and addressing the increasing complexity of how they stay secure across networks, devices and systems,” said Matt Baker, senior vice president of Corporate Strategy, Dell Technologies.
Chuah Yeow Chong, vice president, services sales, Asia Pacific and Japan, Dell Technologies said that these new security services and solutions will offer organisations more security choices to protect their business, data, intellectual property and reputation.
Chong noted that in 2022, 48% of disruptions experienced by organisations across Asia Pacific and Japan were caused by cyberattacks.
Furthermore, Dell said that 72% of IT business leaders and professionals believe the changing working world exposes their organisation to a greater risk.

Dell said that all these new security solutions are now available globally.
Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Pro Plus
Dell is expanding the capabilities of its MDR offering with Managed Detection and Response Pro Plus that will help organisations prevent, respond and recover from security threats.
CrowdStrike augments Dell’s threat management portfolio
Dell has added CrowdStrike Falcon into its SafeGuard and Response portfolio to offer customers more choice to design, manage and secure their own IT environments. CrowdStrike Falcon access will allow organisations to accelerate threat investigation and response.
Hardware protection on Dell commercial PCs
Dell has also announced Secured Component Verification on Cloud that will help reduce the risk of product tampering of Dell commercial PCs. Dell generates a digital certificate, stored in a secure cloud environment, that documents key PC components in the factory. Upon delivery, IT teams can review the PCs against their corresponding certificates to verify component integrity.
